DCRS is a multi-function call logging system unit that features a wide range of flexibility on call recording and live monitoring of phone calls, playing back of recordings and the archiving of recorded data. It is suitable for use on call centers, banks, financial services and public safety agencies with unattended and around the clock recording capability.
A DCRS call logging system unit, high-performance DSP boards and Multisuns in-house engineered software application. This system unit offers the highest channel density on tapping to analog, T1/E1, ISDN (BRI/PRI) and digital PBX station sets and it embraces maximum storage flexibility on recorded data. A DCRS unit is available with redundant hard drives (RAID-1), automatic archiving to DVD-RAM, DAT, NAS (Network-Attached Storage), or automatic upload to a central archiving storage server.
While DCRS makes use of 19 rack-mount chassis, it is given with the model DCRS-9900. DCRS-9900 was first released in 1990s and a commercial model name DCRS-9900III NE+ was invented in 2003 trying to distinguish the units released before that time. While DCRS makes user of compact desktop chassis, it is given with the model DCRS-8000.
