1. What is TC-100P, the Touch-tone Commander?

TC-100P is a peripheral hardware designed for working in conjunction with a digital/IP phone in a business/corporate telephone network and a remote multi-channel analog interface voice logger.  It has provision for the ports capable to fork call conversation audio from handset to a remote voice logger for recording.  It also has provision for the key buttons by which the owner of phone can dial to transmit a touch-tone digit number to the voice logger and fulfill the target of tagging a unique ID number to the recorded audio.

2. How to use TC-100P to send a touch-tone to a voice logger?

TC-100P has a dial keypad that is comprised of 0-9, # and * buttons.  As soon as a button is pressed, a relevant touch-tone is sent to the voice logger.  Two memory buttons, M1, M2 can be used for speedy delivery.  Either M1 or M2 can memorize up to 23 digitals in any combination from 0-9, * and #.

3. In addition to the capability of sending touch-tones, what else capability can TC-100P provide?

It is an excellent cable connector and it has innovative circuit that enables the voices received from handset microphone and handset speaker be adjusted into same volume level prior to forwarding to the remote voice logger for recording.

4. Will M1 and M2 buttons lost memory during power failure?

M1 and M2 can retain memory for 20 minutes in case of power failure.

5. Which phone is TC-100P compatible with?

Unless otherwise there is a surprise, TC-100P is compatible with all digital/IP phones in the prevailing market.
